Recipe ingredients
- 500g pack Ta-Da! White Bread Mix
- 300ml water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 150g Ta-Da! Wild Blueberry Fruit Filling
- 1 tbsp runny honey
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- Measuring jug
- Preheated oven to 180°C, gas mark 4
- 24 x 20cm tray
Step 1
Place the bread mix in a large bowl and stir in the oil and 300ml water, mix to form a rough dough then knead in a mixer fitted with a dough hook or by hand for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Transfer to a lightly oiled bowl, cover with clingfilm and leave in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 230°C, gas mark 8.
Step 4
Grease and base line a 24x20cm tray.
Step 5
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a 35x30cm rectangle, spread with the wild blueberry filling and roll up from the long end.
Step 6
Cut into 8 slices and place onto the tray, cut side up, allowing a little space between each one.
Step 7
Bake for 30 minutes until golden.
Step 8
Brush with the honey to serve.
