Blueberry & Chocolate Upside Down Cake

This super simple recipe deliciously combines chocolate and blueberry into a fluffy, indulgent upside down cake that’ll leave you wanting to make this recipe time and time again.
Recipe ingredients
- 500g pack Ta-Da! Chocolate Cake Mix
- 240ml water
- 135ml vegetable oil
- 300g Ta-Da! Wild Blueberry Fruit Filling
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- Measuring jug
- Preheated oven to 180°C, gas mark 4
- 23 x 27cm tin
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
Step 2
Grease and line a 23x27cm tin.
Step 3
Place the cake mix in a large bowl and mix in the water and oil until smooth.
Step 4
Spoon the blueberry filling into the prepared tin and spread the cake mix on top, smoothing the surface.
Step 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Step 6
Allow to cool slightly before turning upside down to serve.
