Margherita Pizza Pinwheels

These individual pinwheels are a great twist on a cheesy margarita pizza, easy to make and totally satisfying. Share with all the family, there be gone in no time!
Recipe ingredients
- 500g pack Ta-Da! Pizza Base Mix
- 300ml water
- 150g tomato & basil pasta sauce
- 100g grated mozzarella
- 75g mature Cheddar, grated
- 15g basil, leaves shredded
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- Lined baking tray
- Measuring jug
- Preheated oven to 230°C, gas mark 8.
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 230°C gas mark 8. Line a large baking tray with baking parchment.
Step 2
Place the pizza base mix in a large bowl and stir in 300ml water. Knead in a mixer fitted with a dough hook or by hand for 5 minutes until smooth.
Step 3
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a 30x40cm rectangle and spread with the tomato sauce. Scatter over both cheeses and the basil then roll up from the long end in a spiral.
Step 4
Cut this into 12 pieces mad place on the prepared tray, cut side up. Leave in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
