Simply combine our Ta-Da! Vanilla Cake Mix with Ta-Da! Wild Blueberry Filling to create this moist, fluffy delicious traybake. Packed full of whole fruit pieces, this recipe is the ultimate afternoon tea treat ... or after dinner treat ... or mid-week treat ...
Recipe ingredients
- 500g pack Ta-Da! Vanilla Cake Mix
- 240ml water
- 135ml vegetable oil
- 200g Ta-Da! Wild Blueberry Fruit Filling
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- Measuring jug
- Preheated oven to 180°C, gas mark 4
- 22 x 24cm cake tin
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4.
Step 2
Grease and base line a 22x24cm cake tin.
Step 3
Place the cake mix in a large bowl and mix in the water and the oil to form a smooth batter.
Step 4
Pour into the prepared tin and dot spoonful’s of the blueberry filling and swirl with the tip of a sharp knife.
Step 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Step 6
Allow to cool before up turning out of the tin and cut into 12 squares to serve.
