Apple, Maple syrup & Cinnamon Bread

Spice up our Triple Seeded Bread Mix with this delicious recipe filled with fresh apples, sweet maple syrup and warming cinnamon to brighten up a cold winters day.
Recipe ingredients
- 500g pack Ta-Da! Triple Seed Bread Mix
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 red eating apples, cored and grated
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 200ml apple juice

- 1 Large mixing bowl
- Measuring jug
- Preheated oven to 230°C, gas mark 8.
Step 1
Place the bread mix in a large bowl and stir in the cinnamon and grated apple. Place 2 tbsp maple syrup in a jug and make up to 200ml with apple juice, stir into the mix. Knead in a mixer fitted with a dough hook or by hand for 5 minutes until smooth.
Step 2
On a lightly floured surface, divide the dough into 3 and roll each into a long sausage shapes and plait together. Place on a large baking tray lined with baking parchment. Cover with clingfilm and leave in a warm place for about 1 hour or until risen in size.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 230°C, gas mark 8. Bake the loaf for 20-25 minutes until golden then brush with the remaining maple syrup.
