Vegan Spinach & Pesto Pizzas

Recipe ingredients
- 500g pack Ta-Da! Ta-Da! Pizza Base Mix
- 300ml water
- 150g spinach
- 150g vegan basil pesto
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 150g vegan grated cheese
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 2 large baking trays
- Measuring jug
- Preheated oven to 230°C, gas mark 8.
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 230°C, gas mark 8.
Step 2
Line 2 large baking trays with baking parchment.
Step 3
Place the spinach in a large bowl and microwave for 2 minutes in high until wilted, allow to cool and squeeze out the excess water.
Step 4
Place the pizza base mix in a large bowl and stir in 300ml water.
Step 5
Knead in a mixer fitted with a dough hook or by hand for 5 minutes until smooth.
Step 6
On a floured surface, divide the dough into 4 and roll each out into a rough 25x15cm rectangle and place on the prepared trays, leave in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Spread the pesto over the pizza bases leaving a 2cm border round the edges, sprinkle with oregano, cheese and then top with the spinach and chilli flakes.
Step 8
Bake in 2 batches for 15 minutes each until golden.
