Triple Seed Bread Rolls

Recipe ingredients
- 500g pack Ta-Da! Triple Seed Bread Mix
- 250ml water
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- Baking tray
- Measuring jug
- Preheated oven to 230°C, gas mark 8.
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 230°C or gas mark 8.
Step 2
Add the Triple Seed Bread Mix to a bowl and add the water.
Step 3
Knead by hand or mix using a dough hook, until a smooth dough is formed.
Step 4
Divide into 60g pieces and knead into roll shapes.
Step 5
Cover with cling film and leave to rest until the dough doubles in size.
Step 6
Place the dough onto a greased baking tray.
Step 7
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
