Triple Seed Bread Loaf

Recipe ingredients
- 500g pack Ta-Da! Triple Seed Bread Mix
- 250ml water
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 2 x 1lb loaf tins
- Measuring jug
- Preheated oven to 230 C, gas mark 8.
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 230°C, gas mark 8.
Step 2
Add the Triple Seed Bread Mix to a bowl and add the water.
Step 3
Knead by hand or mix using a dough hook, until a smooth dough is formed.
Step 4
Divide into 2 equal pieces and knead into sausage shape.
Step 5
Cover with cling film and leave to rest until the dough doubles in size.
Step 6
Score the dough and place into 2 x greased 1lb tins or onto a greased baking tray.
Step 7
Bake for 22-25 minutes.
