Tear ‘N’ Share 3 Cheese Bread

This recipe is perfect for sharing and easy to make too. This epic three cheese bread will be sure to bring all the family together to enjoy a delicious savoury treat.
Recipe ingredients
- 500g pack Ta-Da! Ta-Da! White Bread Mix
- 300ml water
- 1 tsp English mustard powder
- 50g grated mozzarella
- 75g vegetarian Cheddar cheese, grated
- 50g vegetarian Parmesan, finely grated
- 1 tbsp milk
- Chutney to serve
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- Large baking tray
- Measuring jug
- Preheated oven to 230°C, gas mark 8.
Step 1
Place the bread mix in a large bowl and stir in the mustard powder, mozzarella, 50g Cheddar and all but 2 tbsp Parmesan.
Step 2
Mix in 300ml water.
Step 3
Knead in a mixer fitted with a dough hook or by hand for 5 minutes until smooth.
Step 4
On a lightly floured surface, divide the dough into 8 and roll into balls. Place the balls on a large baking tray lined with baking parchment in a circle with 1cm gap between each ball. Cover with clingfilm and leave in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 230°C, gas mark 8.
Step 6
Brush the rolls with milk and sprinkle over the remaining cheese.
Step 7
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Step 8
Serve with a bowl of chutney in the centre.
