Rocky Road Brownie

Just when you thought brownies couldn't get any yummier, then there was rocky road brownies! Soft, chocolaty and chewy - what a treat!
Recipe ingredients
- 500g pack Ta-Da! Chocolate Brownie Mix
- 140ml water
- 60g plain chocolate, melted
- 75g glace cherries, chopped
- 3 digestive biscuits, broken into small pieces
- 50g raisins
- 25g mini marshmallows
Equipment
- Large mixing bowl
- Measuring jug
- Greased and lined 22cm square tin
- Preheated oven to 180°C, gas mark 4
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C gas mark 4.
Step 2
Grease and line a 22cm square tin.
Step 3
Place the brownie mix in a bowl. Stir in 140ml water and the melted chocolate and mix for 1-2 minutes. Mix in ¾ of the cherries, marshmallows, biscuits and raisins and spoon into the prepared tin.
Step 4
Sprinkle over the remaining cherry mixture.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes, allow to cool before removing from the tin and cutting into 9 squares.
