  • 500g pack Ta-Da! Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 240ml water
  • 135ml vegetable oil
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 150ml double cream
  • 75g cream cheese
  • 200g Ta-Da! Lemon Creamy Filling
