Goats Cheese & Herb Bread

We've made our Triple Seed Bread Mix even more delectable, with tangy goats cheese and extra herbs to give a fresh flavour.
Recipe ingredients
- 500g pack Ta-Da! Triple Seed Bread Mix
- 250ml water
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- 100g goat’s cheese, torn into pieces
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Equipment
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 20x24cm tin
- Measuring jug
- Preheated oven to 230°C, gas mark 8.
Step 1
Place the bread mix in a large bowl and stir in the dried herbs and half the fresh herbs, mix in 250ml water. Knead in a mixer fitted with a dough hook or by hand for 5 minutes until smooth.
Step 2
Grease a 20x24cm tin and press the dough to the edges with oiled hands. Cover with clingfilm and leave in a warm place for about 1 hour or until risen in size.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 230°C, gas mark 8.
Step 4
Press the goat’s cheese into the dough a little and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Step 5
Mix the oil with the remaining herbs, season and brush over the bread to serve.
