Quick, easy and perfect for any birthday party or celebration. Made with deliciously soft Ta-Da! Vanilla Cake mix and finished with Madagascan Vanilla Icing.

Recipe ingredients

400g Ta-Da! Vanilla Cake Mix
200ml water
100ml Vegetable oil
370g Ta-Da! Madagascan Vanilla Icing
85g Jelly sweets
10g Mini marshmallows
20g Coloured sprinkles

Equipment

1 Large mixing bowl
Measuring jug
22 x 24cm cake tin
Preheated oven to 180°C, gas mark 4

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4. Grease and base line a 22x24cm cake tin.

Step 2

Place the cake mix in a large bowl and mix in the water and the oil to form a smooth batter. Pour into the prepared tin and bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool before spreading the vanilla icing across the top of the cake.
